Service delivery & conditions

The fee is $75 for the listed school and undergraduate levels, or $95 for Master’s-level work. It covers one 90-minute live academic assessment or progress-review session, a written roadmap summary within 48 hours, and one brief written or voice check-in each week for the following three weeks. Each check-in includes up to about ten minutes of educator time. Additional live calls, unlimited messaging and ongoing subject tutoring are not included.

A further review after around three weeks may be useful according to the student’s needs, at the same listed fee. It is optional and requires a separate request, booking and payment confirmation. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge. Check-ins are arranged through the agreed communication channel; they are not three additional live lesson credits.

Each tutoring appointment lasts 60 minutes. The four-session package includes 30 days of Full Learning Lab access from activation; its live sessions must be used within 30 days of the first scheduled tutoring session. The eight-session package includes 45 days of Full Lab access from activation; live sessions must be used within 45 days of the first scheduled tutoring session. Lab activation and live-session validity are separate clocks.

Four-session payment: 50% deposit, balance before session two. Eight-session payment: 50% deposit, balance before session four. These published defaults apply to newly confirmed standard plans. Older plans retain their agreed dates and any written exception.

Audits and audit progress reviews last 90 minutes. Two-hour exam intensives last 120 minutes. Book a time with the matching duration; one ordinary 60-minute credit does not buy a longer appointment. Performance Reset and Intensive Improvement begin with the audit, then provide the stated follow-up appointments. The roadmap confirms how those follow-ups are used for subject work or study-system practice. Their live-session periods are 30 and 45 days respectively from the audit.

Short-notice appointments may be available, including today or tomorrow. Existing cancellation and rescheduling conditions still apply; the time must be confirmed before it is reserved.

This programme includes eight weekly 60-minute appointments over eight weeks from the first scheduled programme appointment. Monthly strategy reviews are incorporated into the agreed weekly work; they do not automatically add extra live appointments. Monitoring and between-session contact are agreed before activation and are not unlimited on-demand tutoring. Separate audit/review cycles are not automatically included.

Written reviews are separate deliverables. Report reviews do not include a live session unless specifically stated. Project and chapter fees are starting prices: the final scope and fee are confirmed after length and complexity are reviewed. Page limits, revision rounds, optional discussions and expedited review charges are stated on the selected service. Academic guidance and feedback do not include rewriting, authorship or completing graded work.

The current website group option is for two to five students, with a confirmed per-student quote and schedule. If your grade or university year has no published fee, request a personal quote rather than choosing an inaccurate level. Full Master’s thesis packages are for Master’s-level work.

Learning Lab access is $8 for 30 consecutive days or $80 for 12 consecutive months from activation, with no automatic renewal. Coaching and tutoring appointments are not included in a Lab-only plan. WhatsApp support is a separate bounded-credit service for Grades 8–12 and undergraduate students. It is not unlimited messaging, and its credit/expiry rules are stated on its service page.
